Are you taking vitamins? Why not?

I don't know if you know that you are supposed to take a lot of vitamins during the winter months. I am actually going to be more specific: in all the months that contain the letter "r".
SeptembeR, OctobeR, NovembeR, DecembeR, JanuaRy, FebRuaRy, MaRch, ApRil. There you go. If you're thinking of taking double the vitamins in February just because there are two letters "r", no, forget about it.

What vitamins may you ask?
Well, my mentor (I do have one, get your own!) dictated this list:
Vitamin C - 2-3000 mg/day
Vitamin D3
Zinc (in the evenings)
Copper (in the mornings)
The following things she takes daily all through the year, non stop:
Potassium
Magnesium
Pro-biotics
Multiminerals (NAHANI) - Warning: the site is in German.
A word about my mentor: she is 52 but doesn't look a day over 38. I lie, I chose a random number. She looks GREAT. She sailed through her menopause with no apparent change in her body. She says her doctor gave her some plant remedies to help with that.
I admit I am a bit spooked at the quantity of pills on this list. What is this? However, she looks great and I look battered. She is glowing, I am sagging. See what I am doing here? She might have a point.
Do you agree with the list? Have you heard of such a health regimen before?
Do you have a mentor?
